"I am an animal lover; I love animals and nature. I always want to help animals. This is another reason I teach KI-DO (気動). When people are happy about their health, they know how to love and receive love. This exercise makes people kinder and loving. That kindness and love spreads outside. People become kinder to others and to animals. YES. That is why I teach KI-DO. I want people to be kind with other animals and nature... My dearest wish may come true with you."

It's a proven wisdom added to the exercise from the world's longest lived country, Japan.
It’s a gentle exercise on a Yoga mat for all ages, genders, beginners and advanced, targeting Independent Ageless Happy Living by adopting ancient WISDOM.

This East-West rivalry has deep historical roots, particularly from the Edo period. With a samurai population of less than 1% the culture of the merchant city of Osaka stood in sharp contrast to that of Edo, the seat of power for the Tokugawa shogunate. Read more from Wikipedia

I love where I came from...here are my neighbors where I grew up and had fun.

Yes, I miss home. But I like to share wisdom to live healthy with the rest of the world by sending KI (energy) from my home to you.
And we will know our homes are in our souls and we all exist equally in the Universe.

Sincerely,

AYA
